We operate our self defence classes in a friendly, safe environment at Impact Gym, Soundwell, Bristol.
Class Schedule
Saturday
10am – 11am
This class is open to all levels, beginners are welcome. The class is held at Impact Gym and is led by 1st degree black belt Ross Mackenzie.
Wednesday
7pm – 8:30pm
This class is open to all levels, beginners are welcome. The class is held at Impact Gym and is led by 2nd degree black belt Jay Newton.
Private Sessions
For beginners or higher level students, we run a number of small or private sessions. These classes can be held at Impact Gym or at the venue of your choice. Prices available on request.

What to Bring
For Beginners
If you're a beginner, bring along loose comfortable clothing and a bottle of water. We usually train barefoot but training shoes can be worn. (No outdoor shoes can be worn on the mats).
For Members
Later on, if you decide you would like to become a Combat Jujutsu member and work towards a grading, you should consider the following kit:
