Combat Ju-Jutsu classes are taught in a safe, structured, and supportive environment at Impact Gym, Soundwell, Bristol. Training is open to all levels, with beginners welcomed and experienced students challenged appropriately.

Open to all levels. Led by Ross Mackenzie (1st Dan Black Belt). Held at Impact Gym, Bristol.
Wednesday
7:00 – 8:30 pm
Open to all levels. Led by Jay Newton (3rd Dan Black Belt). Held at Impact Gym, Bristol.
Private Sessions
Private and small-group sessions are available for beginners or more advanced students who want focused, one-to-one training. Sessions can be held at Impact Gym or, where appropriate, at a venue of your choice. Pricing is available on request.

What to Bring
For Beginners
Wear loose, comfortable clothing such as jogging bottoms and a t-shirt. Please bring a bottle of water. Training is usually done barefoot; wrestling or training shoes may be worn. Outdoor shoes are not permitted on the mats.
For Members
If you decide to become a member and work towards grading, the following equipment is recommended:
